European Paint & Body II

I had such a wonderful experience with European Auto Body from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, and they made me feel confident throughout the entire repair process that my Range Rover would be restored properly. European Auto Body made sure my vehicle was repaired with genuine Range Rover parts, which gave me so much peace of mind. They also made the rental car process incredibly easy. My Range Rover looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the repairs and the level of service I received. I would absolutely recommend European Auto Body to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, high-quality collision repair shop. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car.

Highly recommend without any hesitation at all. Brought my Audi in for collision repairs and got it back looking clean and repaired correctly both inside and out. Showed any concerns to Andrew right away, who addressed every single one of them on the spot. I was told exactly what they would do and they followed through completely and I heard back from them within a very short time to confirm everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

From the very start the communication here was refreshing. I was worried after dealing with other shops where the advisor never picks up and you are stuck paying for a rental while getting no updates. At European Paint & Body II things are handled completely different. Edwin stays on top of things and actually answers when you call, gives you real information and does not short talk you or make you feel like your car is just a number. I will absolutely take my vehicle here again and I will recommend them to everyone I know without hesitation.

The entire team at this collision shop was extremely professional and genuine duringthe entire process of my vehicle. They did an amazing job on the body of my AudiSUV. From start to finish they communicated weekly withthe results of my parts, the insurance carrier. They truly made the process easy. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had a decent experience with the service team. They took care of my repair relatively well, although there were some minor hiccups along the way. I appreciated their efforts to keep me informed, but I felt like there were a few details that could have been handled better. Overall, my car looks much improved, and I’m satisfied with the outcome, but I would suggest they work on communication a bit more for future clients.
